This elegantly appointed BnB has a private bathroom, air-conditioning and Foxtel TV with sports, entertainment & movie channels. Community POOL and CAFES a short walk away. Absolute waterfront 3 bedroom cute family cottage!

Sleep literally 5 meters from the clear deepwater frontage great for fishing and swimming. Snorkel for a look at fish and old sandstone ballast from coal ships while eating oysters from rocks at low tide. Watch the sharp shells. (Water shoes, personal life vest, and flippers advised.) Walk the nature reserve and spot the swooping Owls. No fences so please bring extra-long dog leads. Use the kayaks and standup paddleboards while wondering if there is life on Mars! (Jetty is not our property.)

'The Boathouse' Waterfront Studio, Swansea Heads.

2 PEOPLE MAXIMUM NO CHILDREN NO PETS NO COOKING INSIDE The Guesthouse is located on Salts Bay at Swansea Heads. Although it is on our property, it is completely separate to our house, with a private, waterfront entrance. Access is through our front gate, down a sloping path and a flight of stairs. Unfortunately is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Street parking is available. Free use of kayaks. You can swim directly in front of the studio, or from the sandy beach 100m away.

Palm Cottage

Do you need a place to relax and unwind? In a quiet location with a garden outlook? Palm Cottage is located close to the lake and is a great base to explore vineyards, mountains, beaches, the city of Newcastle and so much more. Spacious open plan accommodation, 1 bedroom with queen sized bed, modern bathroom, kitchenette, 2 living areas, dining area and indoor/outdoor sitting areas and WiFi. Laundry is available on request. Single bed available on request. Ollie our whippet loves a pat.

This was a family home, we prefer to keep it as we remember it for friends and family to use as a holiday home. We make it available for guest accommodation when not in use by family. Built and furnished in 1999. Panoramic lake views from this first floor two bedroom apartment Queen bed in the main bedroom Single bed in the second bedroom Excellent discounts preset for longer stays. Completely equipped throughout. Not ideal for toddlers and young children.
