This waterfront home has something for everyone with 270-degree big waters views, a private dock and a boat ramp. Two separate living areas, a family room upstairs and a game room downstairs allow for different activities at the same time. Exterior Security Cameras are in place on the driveway and shop exterior. Note the fence shown in photos is no longer in place due to storm damage.

Enjoy some R&R in our family-owned private cottage with plenty of outdoor activities and amenities, there is something for everyone! The cottage is located near the old Buffalo Creek Marina and Restaurant now called Martin’s Landing. It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundle beds underneath
