There are many hiking and walking trails in and around Callander and North Bay. Great area for cycling with cycling lanes on the highway a few minutes away. We are on site, should you need anything. Walking distance to dining, grocery store, convenience store and LCBO. Spend your days on the lake swimming, boating, ice fishing and snowmobiling. Boat launch is approximately 200 feet away. Property has a dock to fish on or just relax. There is parking for vehicles with lots of room for trailers with boats or snowmobiles.

Family-friendly comfortable home for your entire family. Quick walk to a great local beach (Kinsmen Beach) with multiple trail accesses nearby. You can access trails to the waterfront and downtown from our street. Head down to the basement for a game of ping pong or hang out and watch tv.
