This 3 bed/3 bath home has been completely renovated w/ granite, barn doors, grey paint, grey floors, new tiled master shower, etc. Outside there is a huge deck with games, martini deck w/ a bar, firepit, & mini fridge. The dock has a lily pad and high dive. Sleeps 13. The kitchen is stocked w/ coffee. There is a bar w/ 3 stools. Private circle drive that fits 4-5 SUVS/trucks. Fridge is stocked w/ essentials b/c this is our home away from home. Boat slip na.

Our 40 acre farm is situated between two forest covered hills to the east and west, and the Lake of the Ozarks to the south. The serenity of the surroundings is unmatched in this area. When combined with the enjoyable farm animals, a bass-filled creek, and a private cove to fish, kayak, swim or relax...you can experience our little slice of Heaven. Guests can interact as little or as much with the farm as they would like, based on comfort level. There are also optional hands-on activities.

Waterfront home w dock at 9mm in quiet cove looking up the main channel. Newly updated interior is clean and comfy w modern touches. Location is great if you want to get out and about or just enjoy some peace/quiet. Asphalt access to the start of drive. Home looks down the main channel but inside no wake zone. Dock has swim platform w great sun/quiet water. Boat lift & 2 PWC lifts available $. We also have a canoe and 4 kayaks for rent. Each bdrm has a queen bed & both couches pull out.
