Enjoy sitting on the screened in porch and looking at the beautiful tall trees and listening to the birds and nature. There is ample parking and a covered place for your boat with electricity. Coffee Creek Landing is 2.3 miles from us to launch your boat. There are 3 flat screen TVs with streaming options.

Tackle Box Cottage

Tackle Box Cottage is a cozy and quaint 100 year old home. The cottage has been completely renovated, but still retains its original charm. The hardwood floors and ceilings were restored, and I kept as much of the shiplap as possible. TBC has enough parking to accommodate 2 trucks with fishing boats. TBC is located about 7.5 miles west of Winnsboro, TX which is a cultural arts district and a Main Street Town. It is close to several Lakes including Lake Fork. Children 5 and older are welcome.

Located on the Dogwood Trails, you can also see the trees full of their white blossoms each spring in the month of March. Visit nearby wineries, Mineola Nature Preserve, Tyler State Park & of course, Lake Fork!
