This 3 bed, 3 bath house on Spring Creek at Lake Seminole is perfect for families or large groups of hunters and fisherman. It can comfortably sleep up to 12 people. Located less than a mile from Big Jim's Restaurant and boat ramp. This home has a fully equipped kitchen and two 65-inch TV's with YouTube TV. There is a gas grill outside and a fire pit that is perfect for relaxing evenings. You can dock your boat steps away from the screened in back porch or park it under the carport.

Juju’s Pond House on Smith Pond

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway located on 100 acres and nestled quietly on a private pond. The house was originally built in 1921 and in 2018 we had the house moved down to the pond and did a full renovation while preserving as much original character as we could. Enjoy your morning coffee and watch the sunrise from the screen porch swing or one of the docks at the pond. The property has nature trails to explore, fishing, and plenty of wildlife.

Living in 3/4 Time

Relax with the whole family, have a couple’s weekend, or get together for a friends’ weekend at this peaceful lake house. Enjoy the bed swing while listening to the wind chimes. You can build a bonfire, grill, and play games or visit the town for shopping and dining. It's just a short drive to historic Thomasville or Tifton. No Pets. No smoking. No parties or events. Pops dockside grill is a restaurant located at the entrance to the docks. Boat ramp also available at restaurant. Golf cart friendly area.

Goat House Farm is a 501(c)3 nonprofit educational farm. All profits go toward supporting the mission of the farm. Come and de-stress by snuggling our goats. These bouncing bundles of joy are guaranteed to make you smile! We are near Tallahassee but in a rural area, down a bumpy dirt road, but we promise the trip is worth it. Kayaking and hiking right off the property, plus beautiful sunsets on the lake.
