Enjoy all the amenities of home at the perfect stop on your way to/from Sequoia National Park, Springville Inn, or other nearby destinations. We are located 5 min from the quaint Springville downtown where you can grab a bite to eat at one of several restaurants or browse the custom jewelry and local photography at The Sierra Gallery and Boutique.

The Dome features a panoramic window, providing stunning views. Situated on a 3-acre private property in the center of Three Rivers, California, the Dome offers an ideal location. Features include one queen size bed , a bathroom, a kitchenette with a microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. Wi-Fi and a Smart TV are also included.

Located in the foothills of the Sierras and on the edge of The Giant Sequoia National Park, this 107 acre cattle ranch has a rare beauty that everyone enjoys. Sip your coffee on the balcony of your Cottage and relax in the peaceful energy of the pond, pastureland, the mountains, and the sunset. We have hiking, biking & riding trails and 10 holes of Disc Golf to play. Visit Success Lake or Tule River or Casino. We also have 2 other rental units (Private Suite & Ranch House) for friends/family.

In the evenings, enjoy stargazing or conversation at the fire pit. Our property is secluded, yet only 10 minutes from the main highway. We are in between Sequoia Forest (east) and Sequoia Park (north), with about an hour drive to each. We love to host remote workers/traveling health care providers.

Deer Meadow Getaway

Enjoy a stay on our 380 acre private ranch that shares a property line with Sequoia National Park. The ranch is located just minutes away from the park entrance! The ranch has plenty of private outdoor space to explore including over a mile of the Kaweah River, one of the only deep water swimming areas around, ponds and, a 60 ft waterfall. Our property is great for the hiking, bird watching, swimming, or fishing enthusiast! A map of the land and its features will be provided upon arrival.

Triple H Guest House/RV & Farmette

This fully renovated 5th wheel has everything you need, plus No Cleaning Fee! Situated on a hilltop in a quiet foothill neighborhood, you'll have a lovely view of our little valley and mountains. It sports a full kitchen with basics for cooking, RO for purified water, fridge/freezer, coffee maker & , Amazon Fire TV, WIFI, small but well equipped full bathroom, natural latex queen sized bed, AC & heat. Enjoy coffee and fresh eggs, and while you watch the pigs and chickens graze below.

The Bunkhouse at Patterson Ranch

Stay in our charming 2-bedroom Bunkhouse on a 20-acre working ranch nestled in the Sierra Nevada foothills! Features include a cozy living room with sofa, TV, Wi-Fi, Apple TV, desk area, kitchenette (mini fridge, coffee maker, conv. oven, single burner), central AC/heat, and a bathroom with shower. Expect ranch vibes, worker comings and goings, and summer/fall dust! PET FEE is no longer refundable as most pet owners refuse to follow the rules.
