In the evening your family can relax in our open concept living space. A 10-minute walk to charming Sunapee Harbor finds seasonal shopping and restaurants. With close proximity to Cardigan Mountain school Dartmouth & DHMC campuses, your home away from home awaits!

You could also walk down the paved road to the neighborhood beach & swim platform. About 30 minutes to Pats Peak, Sunapee, or Crotched Mtn ski resorts. Beds for 6, 2 full baths, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, open living space, gas fireplace, water views, gas grill, parking, firepit, internet. We do not allow pets or smoking.

Relax as a couple or with your whole family and have year-round fun at our quaint Grantham Get-A-Way on Stocker Pond. Sit on the screened porch and enjoy the morning or sunset views. There are many year round activities to enjoy on the pond including fishing, canoeing, paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, or bring your snowshoes and ice skates during the winter. Grantham is close by to many other adventures. It is a short drive to New London, Lebanon, Hanover, Mount Sunapee, and even Vermont.

Step out the front door and you are at the community park and playground. Walk 2 minutes to the community beach or 5 minutes to the start of 7 miles of hiking trails. Golf is less than 5 minutes' drive and skiing is 25 minutes away. Breathtaking fall foliage, and snowmobiling and ice fishing in winter.
