A private, sunny, self-contained three roomed modern unit in Manapouri, attached to a private home. Includes a living area with sink,microwave, fridge and bathroom and a north-facing patio with a view to the mountains. A lake view is a few steps away. Five minute walk to the lake-front, ten minutes walk to the cafe and store, and fifteen minutes by car to Te Anau.

Our Unit is 15 minutes walk from town centre 5 minutes walk to lake Te Anau shore. Our home is a newer build On arrival relax after your long drive to our beautiful town, enjoy the fantastic views our property has to offer. We are a 2 hour drive through to Milford Sound the drive through has stunning scenery and a lot of stop off points to take in views.

The Waiau Retreat

This is a new renovation with privacy a space to relax close to our local restaurant and shop. It backs onto gardens and fish pond with native plantings that attract wood pigeon and tui. Were a five minute walk to real journeys wharf and opposite the lake for a refreshing dip after your trip.
