There is 1 parking space and a separate entrance in the back of the house. There is a double futon in living area, bedroom has a queen size bed and newly renovated bathroom with a large shower. We are located 2 miles west of downtown Port which has many quaint shops, restaurants and a marina offering many opportunities for outdoor recreation and relaxation.

Beautiful apartment on Columbia Lake on the Chain 'O Lakes. Private deck and fishing dock. Perfect location for kayaking, fishing, or any other water recreational activity. Walking distance to two restaurants, two marinas and ice cream shop. Close to Hartman Creek State Park to access trails. Please be aware that a close venue has bands/music that can easily be heard when outside and the music may be heard when indoors. Three night minimum Memorial Day weekend - Labor Day weekend.

The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. The location is very walkable and close to fishing, swimming, boating, biking, shops, pubs, farmers' market, homemade ice cream , and historical sites of interest. We live downstairs and often will be here if you have any needs or concerns, but are very conscious of your desire for privacy.

We began caring for this home and property in 2018, and this 1870's home needed some love. We have been steadily remodeling since we moved in and it's starting to feel pretty great. We're excited to share it and the neighborhood with you. We are two blocks west of North Beach/Deland Park, 4 blocks to the river front boardwalk, home to many restaurants, cafe's, and shops. We are also four quick blocks to downtown which hosts many more restaurants, shops, museums and parks.
