This off-grid 4 season glamping dome cabin is located on a beautiful 20 acre property at a 10 min drive from the shores of Lake Winnipeg and 5 mins away from Gull Lake. Enjoy walking on our forest trails, have a soak in our wood-fired hot tub, take our inflatable boat out for a paddle, or go explore the countless hiking trails nearby. Located just off a groomed snowmobile trail, this is a perfect home base for snowmobilers, ice fishermen and cross-country skiers in the winter time.

Dog-Friendly Modern Cabin Near Beach

Have fun with the whole family at our modern cottage near the beach. Walking distance to the beach, our dog friendly space boasts comforts for everyone. This modern cottage was designed for a large family or for two families to share. 3 bedroom, 2 bath including a bunk room for the kids and a mudroom with built in kennels and a dog bath. The backyard has a large ground level deck with two BBQs, seating and dining spaces as well as a fire pit area with plenty of seating.

Close to everything, yet tucked away on a beautiful street in grand Marais. 10 minutes to the famous Grand Beach, 2 minutes to Lanky’s ice cream shop, Lola's, and mini-golf. Watch unmatchable sunsets or simply enjoy nature. 5 minutes to one of the best ice fishing spots on Lake Winnipeg. At the cabin, you can enjoy a full kitchen and bathroom. The fully fenced, private backyard has a large covered deck, patio table, chairs, BBQ, and a fire pit to enjoy year round.

The Hobbit House (Hot Tub)

This guest suite with a private entrance, is attached to our main house, where your hosting family lives. It's located in a quiet part of town tucked into the trees with a river and walking path across the street. It would be perfect if your travelling here for work or just need a relaxing getaway. This guest suite was once a chicken coop, now turned into a modern mid-century style house that we lovingly have called the Hobbit House because of it's low ceilings.

Our 3 bedroom cottage is just steps away from a quiet limited access beach. With immaculate views of Lake Winnipeg, our property has 3 outdoor decks to enjoy the views. Waterfront Cottage at Little Deer, on Lake Winnipeg, approximately two & half hours north of Winnipeg, 50 km from Riverton. A pristine natural environment, very peaceful, quiet & private. Maximum 6 people, not a party cottage. Limestone cliffs & caves along shoreline for swimming & paddling. Please read all of the "House Rules" listed under the "Things to Know" heading below, including notes regarding bedding & linens, clean-up, etc.

The loft is open air and has 2 beds accessible by ladder. This cottage sleeps a maximum of 6 people who are out for a weekend get-away, hunting or fishing. The cottage has a wood burning stove and in-suite laundry.
