Newly built guesthouse above owner's garage with insane sunrises & great view. Property is located on 36 acres, owner lives on site in a separate house with her 3 dogs, 1 exceptionally lazy cat and 4 rogue chickens (they may all come visit you!). It's one thing to be right downtown in beautiful Wolfeboro, but add being right on the water w/your own porch, as you look over Wolfeboro Bay. Always something beautiful in front of you. This was my personal unit for a couple of years. It's fully equipped with a brand new bathroom lrg. tile shower, full kitchen, 55" UHD TV, Hi-Speed Internet, new Split System AC is comfy & quiet & a lrg. sectional couch that'll sleep-2 very comfortably. Lake living at its finest.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.

Look out onto the always-changing Ossipee River from this cute little log cabin. Use our tandem kayak, or fish and swim from our dock. In the winter months, ride your snowmobile right from the driveway, take a brewery tour in Portland, head to the White Mountains, or just watch the river go by. Cornish, Maine is just 12 minutes away and has plenty of dining and shopping opportunities.
