The Carriage House is the second floor of our cedar stables that was turned into an apartment years ago. It has been completely redone and professionally decorated to make it a cozy + luxe retreat with beautiful views. While we no longer use the stables to house animals we still keep a few head of cattle + sheep in the pasture for your enjoyment. The wall of windows along the back of the apartment offer you the most stunning views of the surrounding farmland and an unforgettable sunrise.

This Amish owned family friendly home is centrally located in the village of Intercourse, Lancaster County. The home is a 5 -10 minute walk (no sidewalk, along a narrow shoulder of the road) or a 1 minute drive from the shops of Kitchen Kettle Village in Intercourse. It's also a 10 min. drive from the town of Bird in Hand, and a 15 min. drive to the Sight & Sound Theater. The home is very near Amish farms with a great view out back.

Will meet you with a welcome bag also will provide milk, some cereal, and bananas for your first breakfast.

Welcome to the renovated Old Farmhouse that was built in the 1800's! We are excited to host you! This is an old farm house in Amish country located about 10 minutes from Intercourse PA. The house has some rustic features such as the original hardwood floors, with plenty of space in the living room and dining room for a family. Charming loft apartment

The loft is in a newly renovated barn, located on our small farm in Gap PA. The location is approximately 15 min from Lancaster County’s main attractions. (please see below for more details on location) We have the cutest pony named Snickers who is accompanied by his two bunny friends. He loves when guests stop by to say hi!😊
