Stairs are a must in this old home, with 2 bedrooms (1 overlooking the falls & one having 2 queen beds) and a full bath are upstairs. Dogs ok with messaging.

This home is located in a quiet neighborhood on a one-of-a-kind 3 acre property which includes a pavilion beside our 1 acre pond and small beach area for you to enjoy. You will also get to experience gorgeous views of the pond from the house, large deck & screened porch located on the rear of the home. If you are a group or large family looking for a getaway, this is the perfect place for you. If you are a group looking for a place to throw a party, this is unfortunately not the place for you.
