Nature cocoons you and you can reach out and touch the trees, see wildlife all around you amongst the pines. Situated on a rural farm on the outskirts of Durham, our three bedroom, stone built cottage has been lovingly converted from the farm’s former cornmill. It can comfortably accommodate six guests and is perfect for larger families or groups of friends. For those with wanting to holiday with larger groups we have Ivy cottage and Bramble Cottage next door which sleep 4 and 3 guests respectively. Dairy Cottage

We have recently updated our Dairy cottage, by fitting an new kitchen and new windows ! Our Dairy cottage has a double room and a twin room, a modern bathroom, and a cosy living/dining/kitchen area with Smart TV and a wood burning stove ----- the stove is just for fun, there is gas central heating as well to keep it toasty warm. Set on a working sheep farm, the cottage is a great base for local attractions like Beamish Museum, Durham and Hadrian's wall.

2 bedroom cottage on our 450 strong alpaca farm. Stunning, peaceful location in the beautiful Tyne Valley. Surrounded by fields, trees, alpacas and fresh air. 0.6 miles to Hadrian’s Wall. Close House, Matfen Hall, airport, Newcastle, Corbridge and Hexham nearby. No pets or smoking. Five other cottages on this peaceful working farm so please enjoy and respect our neighbours. The Oaks

The Oaks is attached to our home. It has its own private entrance from the outside and internal doors are locked. It is an ensuite room set out like a hotel room. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS OUR FAMILY HOME AND IS NOT SUITED FOR A ROMANTIC/ PASSIONATE NIGHT AWAY BUT FOR GUESTS WANTING A PEACEFUL GETAWAY.. Wooden stairs lead up to this first floor bedroom that has its own decked area with outside furniture to enjoy the fantastic views.
