Durch die ideale Aufteilung ist die Unterkunft perfekt für alle, die einen zentral gelegenen Wohlfühlplatz suchen. Das Bad ist klein aber sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Küchenzeile, Kühlschrank, Frenchpress und Toaster sind vorhanden.

Die Einliegerwohnung mit 45 m² liegt in der Rangierbahnhof-Siedlung Bauernfeind, im Dachgeschoss unseres Hauses. Die U-Bahn ist fußläufig in 10 Min. erreichbar und eine Haltestelle von der Messe entfernt (fußläufig 20 Min.). In 20 Min. ist der Playmobil FUN Park mit dem Auto erreicht. Es ist Platz für max. 5 Personen vorhanden. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer, 1 x Doppelbett und 2 x Einzelbetten. Im offenen Wohnbereich befindet sich eine kleine Küche mit Esstisch und 1 x Schlafcouch.

The square of the famous Christkindlesmarkt can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes, the local recreation area Wöhrder See in about 15 minutes. Many attractive pubs and bars are just a short distance from the apartment.
