The Annexe is a lovely, well-equipped self-contained suite of rooms, comprising a spacious, comfortable sitting/breakfast room, kitchenette, double bedroom and shower room, in a private part of our house. It has its own entrance with a key-safe for convenience. It's set within the village of Ponsanooth, only 4.5 miles from the beaches of Falmouth, and is handy for exploring the area and all of Cornwall. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is here, including outside seating, BBQ & parking.

Cleaned to very a high standard using antibacterial cleaner, consists of a new kitchen with dishwasher/fridge/oven and hob, bathroom, new furniture and the ground floor has been completely redecorated, so it has a fresh airy feel to the property, but very homely at the same time.
