There is a deck with a view of the surrounding mountains and is a great place to watch the sunset or stargaze. There is access to a laundry room with washer and dryer, High speed internet, flat screen television with Roku, and plenty of parking space.

This charming rambler is set right in the middle of town within walking distance to the Vernal LDS Temple, parks, the dinosaur museum and downtown eateries. The Uintah Basin provides many opportunities for day recreation at nearby Steinaker Reservoir and Red Fleet State Park, and Flaming Gorge is under an hour away. Quiet residential neighboorhood. Situated in downtown Vernal. Both on and off street parking. Two large shade trees in the fully fenced back yard. Old fashioned tire swing. Covered patio with table and chairs. Two chain link dog kennels. A new furnace and central air conditioning unit were installed. The basement stays comfortably cool as most basements do. New mattresses were placed on all six beds on April 1, 2023.

A small, cozy cottage located one block away from the heart of downtown Vernal. The space is decorated with comfortable modern furnishing with a slight retro touch. This space would be perfect for a couple, small family or group of four. Inside you’ll find all the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay and in the backyard there is a barbecue and seating area, perfect for an enjoyable summer evening.

Your group will love being within 2 blocks of Western Park, Uintah Conference Center, and the ice rink. Walk another 3 blocks to local breweries and resturants. Our house is equipped with a full kitchen and everything needed to cook a meal if you choose. Comfy queen size beds in both bedrooms. 42" roku TV in the living room. Living room couch can accommodate 1 more guest.
