We don’t allow dogs due to other guests’ potential allergies with the one exception being guests who are bringing their dogs to CSU vet. Organic coffee and an assortment of teas provided

Amenities include a kitchenette, dinnerware, stove, microwave and mini fridge. Patio has a gas grill, and patio furniture. Free DVD rentals. Close to downtown Estes Park and RMNP. Check out a pair of complimentary snowshoes during winter stays. Free Wi-Fi. Dogs welcome with approval ($15 per dog/per night) but no other pets and no smoking, please. Sleeps two.

Private Studio in Old Town

This studio was built in the summer of 2016 and is fully furnished with everything you will need. It is located less than a mile from beautiful Old Town Fort Collins! Very comfortable for 2-4 people, kid/family friendly with a couch that converts to a bed in the downstairs living space. I also have two classic bikes for guests to use during their stay.
