Branson is a small town with hardly any amenities, so if you are looking to get away from it all, this is your place! We have had several Guests stay for the express purpose of star gazing! You will have the entire house to yourself. It is recently renovated and beautifully decorated with everything you need. Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome! The inside of the home is non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke outside.

Walk to restaurants, concerts, baseball games, trails and much more! Also features a new gel mattress and My Pillow pillows.

The 1st Street Cottage

The 1st Street Cottage in Downtown Trinidad is perfect for you to unwind and enjoy the music, art, and sights of Trinidad. This 1950s home was recently renovated with a new kitchen and bath, spacious living area, relaxing outdoor space and decorated with an art-deco and mid-century flair. No need to drive a car once you are here! Our cottage is directly behind Space to Create Trinidad and within walking distance to city parks, the river, galleries, eateries, and museums.

The Mainstay

Pleasant and comfy 2-bedroom 2-bath home in quiet neighborhood with off-street parking in the back, covered patio and completely fenced yard with new front gate. It is pet friendly and includes laundry facilities. Coffee shops, galleries, restaurants, brew pub nearby. 3 miles to Lathrop State Park for fishing, swimming, hiking, boating! Mountains nearby for 4-wheeling and hiking! Only 90 miles to The Great Sand Dunes and hot springs! Easy no-work check-out!

Located on the bank of the Cucharas River, the River's Bend ideal mountain retreat is geared for a family vacation, or personal restorative get away. This two beadroom, 3 bath cabin can accomadate up to six guests in the main cabin with use of the luxury cots in the spacious sunroom. With special arrangements, the detatched Sleeping Hut outfitted with queen bed and sleeping loft offers additional beds and the best sleep you will ever experience!
