Building with security 24h/day. Internet speed 100 Mbps The apartment is cleaned with extra precautions and sanitized thoroughly. Apartamento de 50 m2 con vista verde, con balcón, en el corazón de Palermo. Tiene 1 dormitorio con cama matrimonial y 1 sillón cama de 1 plaza en el living. Black out en dormitorio y living. Posee caja de seguridad. Excelente ducha. Equipado con Internet Wi-Fi, posee 2 TV : una de 42" en el living y otra de 32" en la habitación con Netflix, 2 aires acondicionados, calefacción, microondas, tostadora, 1 gran heladera, cafetera y termo eléctrico, tender extensible para el secado de la ropa, plancha y tabla de planchar. El departamento ha sido reformado en mayo 2016, esto incluye pisos nuevos, colchón nuevo de alta calidad así como ropa blanca. En diciembre 2016 se colocó una cocina nueva, eléctrica. Me encuentro disponible en el celular para cualquier solicitud, consulta o recomendaciones sobre la ciudad de Buenos Aires o sobre el departamento. Ubicación muy práctica para moverse en BA con todos los medios de transporte públicos a 3 cuadras en Av.Las Heras y a 1 cuadra en Av.Libertador. Personas adicionales sin cargo. Se hace una limpieza general por semana con cambio de ropa blanca sin cargo. El departamento tiene puerta blindada y abajo en la recepción hay guardias de seguridad las 24h. Posee caja de seguridad.

Beautiful Recoleta Apartment with French Balcony

Perfect place for those who love green areas, museums, elegant residences, sophisticated decoration. The neighborhood is plenty of embassies, iconic monuments, and museums, and it is close to the heart of Recoleta. Public transportation (trains and buses) are available at walking distance. Ezeiza airport (international) is one hour in average from the apartment by taxi, and J. Newbery airport (national) is 20 minutes by taxi. It's important to mention that the building do not have elevators, so you will have to step two floors by staircase. The housekeeper will be in charge of the check-in and check-out and she will be available for helping the guests in whatever they need. Additionally, she will be able to make extra cleaning services (full cleaning to the apartment, washing dishes, refresh of sheets and towels, etc.) subject to previous guests request to the host (Guillermo) by AirBnb app. The extra cost is US$40 per day. This area of Recoleta is on the edge of an upmarket area called "La Isla". The apartment is half a block from the National Library and in front of the Book and Language Museum. Av Las Heras is an artery with a great variety of buses that can take you to any part of the city safely and at low cost (on the desk of the bedroom you will find SUBE cards, which you can charge money in a kiosk located in Tagle between Pagano and Libertador - Please leave them in the same place when retiring) Also the apartment is located to three blocks from the underground Las Heras station (Line H) that connects with all the network of "subtes" of Buenos Aires. Top Floor Boho Loft Near the Shops in Trendy Palermo

It's worth the climb up 4 flights of marble stairs to reach this bright and airy hideaway. Spend an evening on a checkerboard terrace with a BBQ at one end and a romantic hot tub at the other. Choose a book to read later or head straight for the comfy 2x2m bed. 2 minutes walking distance to the metro line connecting to the center of the city. Recoleta and Palermo are walking distance away. There's no elevator to reach the loft. The use of the Jacuzzi in winter is not recommended. It does not have its own heater although it can be filled with hot water, cools down very quickly during winter.
