Cottage is conveniently located near U of Idaho & New Saint Andrews College, just a short walk to downtown. Private parking off alley w/ adjacent sec cameras. Cottage is filled with light with large windows. Includes an outdoor seating area with gas fire pit. Separate bedroom with additional sleeping space in living room. Plenty of restaurants in town but the Cottage has a full kitchen. Perfect for those looking for a quiet place to stay near the center of things. No smoking or pets.

There is an additional 3rd BR available on main floor with a private bathroom, great for those having difficulty navigating stairs. Children love the secluded playroom and adults love the solitude. Restored 1909 Train Carriage on 145 Acres

Stay in a restored 1909 train car, with a sauna and hot tub. Set amid forest and wheat fields with beautiful views. Spectacular night skies and lots of solitude round out the experience. This car ran on the Washington Idaho & Montana Railway from 1909 until around 1955. It was, (and is), car number 306, bought new from the American Car and Foundry Co.
