Private 40-Acre Hacienda Estate

Our Hacienda sits on 40 Acres of land that was once one of the areas original Coffee plantations. Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Our place offers something for everyone..a perfect place to enjoy and make Memories!

Connect with Old Florida at our tranquil location on the Waccasassa River, known as the least traveled of Florida's Rivers! This hidden gem offers a unique opportunity to slow down and appreciate nature's majesty at your own pace. An unspoiled scenic treasure awaits with stunning cypress trees, live oaks, and the abundance of native wildlife. Fish from the bank, or hop in a kayak to search for that trophy bass around the bend. Access to the gulf is a short drive to the Waccasassa Park Boat Ramp.

The living room has an 85" TV, surround sound and high-speed internet for movies/games. Designed as a 2-story duplex with separate entrances, decks, A/C and sound proofing, the Airbnb is the 1000 sq ft 1st floor. The 2nd floor is for the owners who travel frequently and is never rented. If present they're usually invisible. EV charging available.
