This custom built Tiny House is situated on over 100 acres of rolling farmland, hills and forests, with Scottish Highland cattle, chickens, sheep & lambs, pigs, fish in the pond, and 2 beehives. You have use of the entire farm during your stay. Located about 45 minutes south-east of Pittsburgh in Pennsylvania's beautiful Laurel Highlands, there is lots to see and do both on site and nearby. As a guest, you have access to the free shuttle service or visit the clubhouse with pool, hot-tub, basketball and tennis in the summer months.

In the heart of the Laurel Highlands this home is close to golf courses, ski resorts, museums, theaters, restaurants, numerous State Parks with great hiking and biking, Idlewild and Soakzone, and Ligonier Camp and Conference Center.

Newly renovated home on a private wooded lot-just 5 mi from Seven Springs Resort and 16 mi from Falling Water and Ohiopyle. Well equipped! Sleeps 6 comfortably (3bdrm/1.5 bath)! Relax & Enjoy the Mountains! ***We have recently replaced a couch and chair and some bedding that photos don’t reflect. We are scheduling new photo shoot and plan a remodel on 2024! Escape to nature in a cozy glamping pod, offering the ideal mix of comfort and adventure in a peaceful setting. Each pod features a queen-size bed, a mini kitchenette with a coffee maker and microwave, and a dining table for two. Pods are equipped with heating and cooling, electricity, and WiFi. Though there's no bathroom inside, our luxury bathhouse with private stalls is just a short walk away and visible from your pod.

Cozy Laurel Highlands Getaway

This condo is located in the Swiss Mountain portion of Seven Springs. Just across the parking lot from a swimming pool and tennis courts; great for family activities and close to - with a free shuttle - Seven Springs amenities. Seven Springs golf course is just across from the Swiss Mountain entrance. Note: the pictures show a fireplace. However fireplace use is prohibited by the HOA.
