STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

If the bathtub isn't enough for you there is a hot tub located in the light well 1 floor down from the loft. Our other AirB&B is a Plus.

Beautiful apartment with a premium king bed and a day bed with two twin beds. 65” smart tv in the living space and a motorized fold down 43” smart tv in the bed space. This loft sits above one of the best pizza and pubs in the area!
