Lumineux, moderne et bien agencé, il bénéficie d'une jolie vue et est situé à 8 minutes du métro M1 pour Lausanne-centre ou l'UNIL et l'EPFL. A 15 minutes à pied du lac ou de la Vaudoise Arena. Le CHUV est facilement accessible par les métros M1 et M2. Entrée indépendante, salon avec cuisine équipée et coin à manger. Chambre à coucher avec salle de bain attenante. Terrasse couverte plein sud avec 2 fauteuils.

P.S: There is construction work taking place opposite the building from Monday to Friday, between 8am to 5pm, expected to finish by November 7th. When the windows are closed, no noise is heard inside the apartment.

À louer, appart 2 pièces (2 personnes max) au 4ème étage d'un ancien immeuble, quartier calme, à 10min en bus du centre ville de Lausanne. Vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes.
