Het appartement Út fan hús heeft twee slaapkamers met een 2 - persoonsbed, een woonkamer met slaapbank, een keuken met koelkast en badkamer met douche en toilet. Het appartement heeft een eigen opgang. Vanuit het appartement heeft u een weids uitzicht over de Friese Greiden. Het ligt aan het water waarin gezwommen en gevist kan worden. Ook kunt u gratis gebruik maken van 1 of 2 persoons kano's, een bootje en fietsen. De stad Sneek ligt op 15 minuten rijden, Leeuwarden op 30 minuten.

Hier in het rustige Friese Rohel kan je écht buiten zijn, de wind in je haren voelen en de zon op je huid. Fietsen en wandelen langs de weilanden en (koud) zwemmen in het Tjeukemeer. Een glas wijn drinken op het terrasje aan het water, met de de blik op oneindig, onder de oude fruitbomen in de tuin. Behalve de geluiden van vogels, het ruisen van de wind en in de verte een trekker, hoor je hier helemaal niks. De zonsondergangen kunnen hier verbazingwekkend mooi zijn.

Come and spend the night in my spacious ground floor apartment dating from 1906 with French doors facing the garden! The apartment has its own toilet/shower and a small kitchen. You have a choice of beds, a comfortable queen size bed, single bed, loft bed and a sofa bed. The city center is close by, just like the museum and central train station. Don't hesitate to ask if you require a child's bed, or if you want to bring your dog; nearly everything is possible!
