We are always available via telephone or through the app. The house is in the Coronado Historic District, a quiet residential community of young families and artists. Several restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance. Downtown Phoenix is a 5-minute drive away. Guests are welcome to park on the gravel driveway, two cars can fit tandem. We have a two car maximum at the property. PLEASE NOTE: The listing photos were taken before the window treatments were installed. The master bedroom currently has a blackout drapery panel. The guest bedrooms have blackout roller shades and the living room windows have privacy roller shades.
