It is equipped with a full kitchen, single bathroom, washer and dryer, flat screen TV equipped with 100 mbps and Amazon Firestick and cable TV with 70 plus channels. Trail access for cycling, walking or running are right out the back door along the Kansas River Levee and the Lawrence River Trail, a ~10 mile single track trail along the wooded north shore of the river.
