Close to highwy, & shopping. We also have Solar panels that provide some back up for the heat/air and refrig. Entire daylight basement is separate from us upstairs with locked door. Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.
