Inside space is a full size couch that welcomes you along with the wood burning stove. See the flames through the glass and enjoy spectacular views of the Indian Peaks. There’s a staircase leading to the loft where you will rest on a queen size mattress. You’ll have complete privacy while enjoying the glamping experience of being in an insulated space with modern amenities such as WiFi, microwave and fridge. Blue Bear is off-grid, electricity is produced by solar. Full-size grill on the outside.

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Small kitchen with hot plate and cooking utensils. Nice mattress with views of the sunrise. Full bath. Nice couch with Netflix on tv. Desk for those that want to work. 13 miles to Boulder 20 miles to Nederland 27 miles to Eldora Ski Resort 9 miles to Gold Hill 30 miles to Rocky Mountain National Park Hiking all around. Boulder foothills home - 10 mins to downtown

This lower-level apartment is 1.5 miles north of Boulder. It has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a workspace, living room, its own kitchenette, and entrance. Right down the hill you'll find hiking and mountain bike trails, bike paths, coffee shops, restaurants, Upslope Brewery, and wineries/cideries. It’s about 5 miles from downtown Boulder and the Pearl Street mall and less than an hour drive from Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park, and about an hour drive south to Denver.

Private Mountain Retreat, while 10 mins from town

Socially distance in a private suite in a beautiful mountain retreat with panoramic views of the mountains including the Continental Divide. The suite has it’s own private entrance, bathroom, and living area. It’s perfect for those who want to stay in a quiet, secluded area in the mountains, while still being only 10 mins drive from the Pearl Street Mall. We are on 6 acres in a 250 acre private compound with lots of hiking trails. I live upstairs with my very friendly dog.

Sunny and Peaceful North Boulder suite

This guest suite in North Boulder is a private, sunny and welcoming space located on the main floor of our home (not a basement). It has a separate entrance, easy parking, a kitchen and grocery nearby. There are no shared spaces! We are a quick bike ride or Uber to downtown, Pearl St., and CU Boulder! You are able to walk to a coffee shop, grocery store and gorgeous Wonderland lake. We love having new guests and hope to make your stay in Boulder comfortable.

Luxury Studio Borders Park - Walk to Shopping

While this studio is priced a bit higher than some, there is a reason. It's an absolutely amazing space in an incredible Boulder neighborhood. Every amenity you can imagine, incredibly tastefully decorated with original art, newly remodeled custom tile bathroom with walk in shower. This entire space was just redone in an upscale style. It truly doesn't get any better than this. Pricing is set for 1 person to keep it as low as possible. 2 guests possible.

Central Boulder Garden Suite

The space has its own bathroom, access to food prep, bedroom, and living room. It is about 900 sqft, and basement level. Queen bed is in the bedroom, (air mattress available.) The house is about 1 mile from pearl street, .8 miles to a groceries and coffee, and just down the street from Mt. Sanitas for hiking. Also half a block from a bus stop and an e-bike doc is about 3 blocks away! Also there is the north boulder rec center with pickle ball courts.

Cute hideaway in central boulder! Clean & cozy studio room with private bathroom, amenities and outdoor area. Architecturally connected to primary home with kind family. Please note: as the apartment is connected to main living area, muffled sound travels between the spaces. We honor quiet hours between 10-7. Most guests don’t find this to be an issue. As you’ll see in the photos, the Murphy bed can be folded up during the day for more space.
