In the heart of the Regional Natural Park of Gâtinais and a few minutes walk from the forest of Fontainebleau (Natura 2000) and several equestrian centers, I attach particular importance to sustainable tourism and you will find more explanations on the equipment and recommended practices in the rules of procedure at the bottom of the ad. The property consists of three independent dwellings that can accommodate up to 12 people, and therefore has: -3 fully equipped kitchens: tableware, gratin and serving dishes, salad bowls, steam cooker, cast iron casserole, pots, pans, electric ovens, microwaves, induction hobs, dishwashers, Soda Stream, blender, coffee makers (Classic and Nespresso), refrigerators, centrifuge, electric mixer, raclette machines for 14 people, placemats, tablecloths on request. -3 dining areas: 1 on a central island with 8 high stools, 1 second in the living room with a console table extendable up to 2 meters and 12 chairs, 1 third in the apartment for 4 people. -Several workspaces possible thanks to the wifi, a printer available in the laundry room will allow you to work alone or with others comfortably in the house. -3 living rooms with sofa beds and smart TVs, YouTube and WiFi -5 bedrooms with storage, 2 bathrooms and 3 shower rooms, 3 separate toilets -A mezzanine with 2 cots (foldable), a comfortable deckchair, and a high chair available (over 2 years) -2 equipped terraces (Weber barbecue, garden furniture, parasol), a large open garden -A common laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, garbage bags, rags, first aid kit, kitchen products, cleaning, hygiene and a vaulted cellar. A 200 m du domaine des 3 pignons, au départ de la randonnée des 25 bosses et au pied des rochers d’escalade, maison calme et lumineuse. Logement de 40 m2 comprenant un salon avec un lit gigogne, une cuisine, une chambre avec accès sur la salle de bain et les toilettes, un jardin de 180m2 avec une terrasse. L’accès pour le voyageur se fera à l’aide d’une boîte à clef ce qui permet une arrivée indépendante. Logement situé à 20 min de Fontainebleau, 5 min de Milly la forêt, 15 min de Barbizon.

Bienvenue à LE ROCHER, votre refuge confortable au cœur du village du Vaudoué, à seulement 300 m de la mythique forêt de Fontainebleau et de ses célèbres blocs d’escalade. Un jardin privatif avec terrasse aménagée, barbecue et mobilier de détente pour profiter de vos repas ou instants de détente en plein air. À proximité immédiate de la forêt, épicerie, et bar/tabac. Nous proposons, sur demande, de savoureuses planches de charcuterie et fromages de la région à déguster pendant votre séjour.

Vivez une expérience unique dans une grange entièrement rénovée au confort moderne. Profitez d’un logement entier avec jardin privatif. Située en lisière de la forêt des Trois Pignons, paradis des amateurs d’escalade, randonnée et trail ( les célèbres 25 bosses!), vous êtes aussi proche de sites emblématiques comme Fontainebleau, Barbizon, Milly-la-Forêt et le Parc du Gâtinais. Le village dispose des commerces essentiels (pharmacie, épicerie, café, poste) pour un séjour pratique et agréable.

La Forêt des Etoiles - house, garden, fireplace

Our guesthouse is a small 19th-century stone house, self-contained, on the edge of the Trois Pignons forest. A fireplace, beams, old terracotta tiles, and a garden where we eat outside in summer. The children have their own room with toys and books, and we lend a cot and a high chair. It is very quiet: you mostly hear birds (and owls at night). Trails and boulders start on foot, and bikes are delivered to the house. Milly-la-Forêt and its pool, 4 km. Fontainebleau and its châteaux, 20 min.

Vous disposez d’une terrasse indépendante avec une vue splendide sur la foret et les rochers dominant le village. Idéalement situé à proximité des sites d’escalades les plus prisés de la forêt de Fontainebleau (les trois pignons, Buthiers, Larchant, Nemours, La forêt domaniale), de la base de loisirs de Buthiers ainsi que du golf d’Augerville.

Beautiful loft apartment located in the charming village of Noisy-sur-école 67 km southeast of Paris. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the ‘Trois Pignons’ forest, a well-known destination for climbing (bouldering). Two crash pads are offered in the rental. A 10-minute drive takes you to the town of Milly-la-Forêt, which has exceptional bakeries, cheese / wine shops, and a famous market. A 20-minute drive takes you to other historical villages and castles, including Fontainebleau.

In the charming village of Le Vaudoué–with the forest of Trois Pignons and its famous bouldering areas on one side, and rolling horse paddocks and lavender fields on the other–this little house is a cozy hideout for solo travelers or couples, with extra room for one or two little ones (or very close friends). It was completely renovated in 2021, and then refreshed in 2025, preserving the old stonework walls and high ceilings while adding the modern conveniences. Crashpads are included!

Cottage L'Escalade is located in the Gâtinais Regional Natural Park, between the Fontainebleau Forest and the Trois Pignons Massif. Built in the center of a 4200 m² plot nestled among unusual rock formations and forest, it offers 90 m² of living space. The basement features a 50 m² games room with foosball, American pool, and ping-pong. Cottage L'Escalade has been designed to offer you a change of scenery, tranquility, and fresh air. Grande Maison dans forêt et rochers Fontainebleau

Maison d'architecte de 260m² , au calme, située au milieu des arbres et des rochers, sur un terrain naturel de 10 000m² sur le versant d'une colline. A 5 min en voiture de la Forêt des Trois Pignons et du fameux sentier des 25 bosses, à 15 min de la forêt de Fontainebleau et à 10 min de la base de loisirs de Buthiers. A 10 min de sites d'escalade et de centres équestres. Nombreuses balades à pied ou en vélo (non fournis mais loueur sur demande) possibles au départ de la maison.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !
