Wisteria Cottage is a high spec, Luxury cottage with under floor heating,log burner,Large kitchen/dinning area with views across fields and a downstairs Wc/Utility space. Upstairs are two centrally heated bedrooms and underfloor and towel rail heated bathroom with exposed beams. The master has a generous King size bed and the second bed, a single day Bed with a pull out trundle under. The bathroom has a roll top bath with shower and unlimited hot water. The Bothy is stone built, situated by the farm barns and parking outside. The ground floor rooms overlook the gardens of Wilcote Manor. This is a homely space in which you can spend time relaxing or enjoying the charm of The Cotswolds and surrounding areas, be it walking, hiking or touring. We are 4 mins from Burford, 9 mins from Clarkson’s Diddly Squat and 15 mins from The Farmer’s Dog. We are lucky to have 3 pubs all in walking distance and a local Post Office/shop.

Shakespeare’s Stratford is less than an hour away if you want to go a little further afield.

We have a standard double bed, very comfortable for a solo traveller and cosy for a couple... Our place is complete with en-suite shower room (with washing machine and dryer) and a compact kitchenette area with breakfast bar and stools…. We are very central with close transport links and the A40 is on the doorstep to explore Oxfordshire and the Cotswolds

Welcome to Little Woodside, our charming barn conversion located in the heart of The Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with its rolling landscapes and charming villages. This beautiful and cosy property offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquillity, whilst being within easy reach to some of the main attractions and sights in the Cotswolds. We can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 baby in a travel cot. We are also dog friendly!

The Bothy is a totally unique and charming studio apartment, set in the rafters of a barn on our farm. You can swim in the natural swimming pool on your doorstep. There are fields beyond for walking or cycling. It's a wonderful, peaceful setting for those who want to get some calm space. Fresh air in the summer, cosy rural retreat in the winter. It can also be used as an extra double annex to our other holiday let, the Luxury Barn on AirB&B.

Daylesford Organic a two minute drive or a 25 min. walk through beautiful Cotswold countryside, Soho Farmhouse and Diddly Squat Farm shop a short drive. There are a wealth of stunning Cotswold market towns on the doorstep.

When you are in the cottage you could be anywhere as it is so peaceful.
