There's nothing like sitting on the lanai with a drink watching the activity of the canal. The dock is a great place to relax and tan, or do some easy fishing. The floor plan has the master bedroom and bath to the east. The other 2 bedrooms and bath or on the west. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are in the middle. Almost every room has access to the covered lanai.
