We are just a short drive to the Sand Dunes, Vineyards of Leelanau Peninsula and Old Mission Peninsula, and Traverse City. Outdoor opportunities to hike, swim, fish and boat abound in this area. Get Away to an unspoiled environment, a place that has been virtually untouched, that is Beaver Island. Our cabin (Kelly's Point) is situated 40 feet from Lake Michigan on a 2 acre parcel. The views of Lake Michigan and The Fox Islands are spectacular! Kelly's Point was first built in the 1930's as an original island cabin (900 sq ft). There is a functioning indoor bathroom, outdoor shower, kitchen and electricity. Kelly's Point is very charming, with spectacular views of Lake Michigan.

One main-floor bedroom, a second-story loft bedroom, one bathroom, and an intimate living and kitchen space make up the Forest Cabin.

Newly Renovated Cozy Modern Cottage. This home is right on the TART Trail. Guests can bike to Traverse City or Suttons Bay. We are 1 mile from West Bay and 1.5 miles from a public beach. This cottage is less than 1 mile from Cedar Lake public boat launch-we allow watercraft parking. We are near wineries and breweries. After a day of activity,come grill at the house and have a bonfire. In the fall, warm up near the fireplace. Enjoy Up North and make memories here.
