The spacious home is located on the south end of Toledo Bend and offers great fishing year round. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets can be enjoyed from the large covered porch overlooking the lake. Wi-Fi, smart TV's, AC, laundry, and other thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible.

Modern home in the country with 1.4 acre lot!

My house sits on 1.4 acres 5 min from Leesville and 10 min to Fort Polk. It sits on a 1/2 mile long dead end gravel road with very little traffic. This location is private. Two sides of the property are bordered by forestry land. Enjoy the backyard fire pit, lounge chairs, BBQ grill, corn hole, and oversized Jenga in a private setting. Vernon lake boat ramp is less than 5 miles! If you need special accommodations please let me know. I use a local cleaning service.

Each room in the house is uniquely embellished with hand crafted accents. The house has been tastefully renovated to welcome guests for a few nights, a week or a longer stay. Area outside is spacious and can fit boats to turn around easily without backing up. Has high speed fiber wifi and cable. House is furnished with basic cooking supply, plates, cups.
