A newly built family apartment at Apolpaina of Lefkada (3 Km from the city of Lefkada). The house is located in a tranquil site, combining both the green surroundings and a picturesque view. It is about 5 minutes by car to the city center of Lefkada. It has direct access to the road leading to the amazing beaches of lefkada. The house overlooks out over the city with views of the Ionian sea, the city’s sea-lagoon and the entrance of the Island.

It is just a ten minute walk from the historic centre of the town where one can find many restaurants, bars and shops along the pedestrian road of the marketplace. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. It has a kitchen with all necessary equipment, 3 bedrooms (two with double bed and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. One of the bathroom is located in the room with two single beds. Every bedroom has A/C and private balcony. There is no elevator in building and the windows have darkening curtains. There is not shutter. The apartment belongs to a Guesthouse called Villa Angela.
