The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

Located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence, the Treehouse sits up high, nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees.
