The Barn

In an area of outstanding natural beauty, Oaklands Barn is the perfect place for those seeking a peaceful escape. Enjoying far reaching views over the valley and the Welsh hills, the Barn lies nestled at the head of a gentle valley in the tiny hamlet of Kinton. Visit the historic market towns of Ludlow & Clun and the nearby Welsh Marches which abound in historic sites and castles. The village is a 5 minute walk with shop, petrol station, local butchers, riverside pub & parlour bar (Sun Inn)

Tawny Owl Barn

Tawny Owl Barn is a 200-year-old, grade 2 listed, tastefully converted barn in the village of Leintwardine. A large garden is available for our guests which has a wildlife pond and waterfall and another barn with an open fire available for sitting around. Rooms are spacious, well furnished, and well-equipped. There is a large kitchen/diner and lounge plus two bedrooms with en-suites. A large lounge settee can also be used as a double bed. There are two pubs and shop within walking distance.

The Venue Luxury Barn

"The One With The Slide" a luxurious open plan barn conversion with enormous hot tub, games table, 65 inch TV and yes - a slide down from the luxury mezzanine bed chamber. Ideal for couples alone or with kids. A fully equip kitchen, large bathroom with 2 person shower, fantastic countryside views and an outdoor space, light the fire pit (wood not provided) for added ambiance and stargaze the autumn Skys from our hilltop location. 1 bedroom with a king size double plus 1 double sofa bed.

Deerfold Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Situated on a working Organic Farm and far away from the road you'll be up in the trees where the only sound is Birdsong. Off-grid with natural Spring water and modern compost loo.The spacious deck has a table and chairs, rocking loungers and a BBQ and Firepit. Drink in the view from the comfort of a Kingsize bed through the large windows. Buy food from our fields at the little shop on site. Enjoy sunsets and stars and walks in the woods

Beautiful Handcrafted Cedar Lodge with Hot Tub

This beyond the average bespoke 2020 build is ultimately pleasing to the eye, with it’s curvaceous smoothed oak rail staircase, handsome pillars and waxy satin cedar beams which embrace this appealing handcrafted lodge. An open plan living area leads onto 2 bedrooms with beautiful en-suites. Sitting in a field amongst the vivid greens of the Shropshire hills on an expanse of decking where you can open up the bifold doors and bring the outside in and enjoy the deliciously warm hot tub.

Cosy Glamping Pod with Hot Tub

Nestled in the beautiful South Shropshire Hills, on the edge of a working farm, the Ludlow Pod is one of three luxury pods (view others on my profile). With plenty of scenic walks from the door, this cosy pod provides the perfect escape to relax and unwind. The accommodation has been individually designed and furnished in a bespoke style, including a hot tub, wet room and cooking facilities. Luxury 100% cotton bed linen, towels and robes are provided, along with a few basic supplies.

New for summer 2025, we are delighted to offer this self-contained stone cottage in the grounds of Lower House B&B, with a double bedroom, single bedroom, open-plan kitchen/lounge/diner, bathroom, patio and use of the gardens at the B&B. This is the perfect location for a tranquil getaway at this very quiet stone cottage on the Shropshire, Herefordshire, Wales border. It is and deal location for exploring the local towns and castles, and for walks in the beautiful Shropshire Hills.

Stable Cottage, Mocktree Barns, nr Ludlow

Stable is a cosy dog-friendly character cottage with an open-plan living space and an upstairs king double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Stable is one of a five cottage barn conversion adjacent to the host's home set amidst the beautiful Shropshire Hills and border Marches; on the edge of the Downton Estate and Mortimer Forest; with walks/cycling from the doorstep - this cottage is an ideal base for exploring the local area, further afield, or simply relaxing in our courtyard.

The Log Shed is a chic rustic barn conversion located on the Herefordshire/Shropshire border. Set in 70 acres of stunning countryside with views for miles. Kick back and relax in front of the cosy log burner, explore by foot with an abundance of walks on your doorstep or take a short drive to Ludlow and discover boutique shops, explore the historic castle and sample foodie delights at the Ludlow Farmshop. For keen walkers the famous Offa's Dyke is less than 7 miles away.

A romantic historic tower for 2

The Summerhouse Tower is a very special holiday-home-for-two set within the rolling Shropshire countryside. A Grade II listed tower, this unique, romantic retreat enjoys excellent views to the east, and views of the Shropshire Hills to the south and the west. The Tower, built circa 1607, was originally used as a banqueting house for entertaining dinner guests. Whilst the main house was destroyed by a fire, The Summer House is available for cosy stays throughout the year.
