Our home is located on the Olympic Peninsula, just steps from where the Duckabush River meets the Hood Canal. We have tried to create a cozy and rustic space for guests to relax in! The cabin is conveniently located near lots of hiking trails, and several public beaches. Prepare to be completely engulfed in nature, as the property is home to many interesting and rare plants and trees. Come sit in the hot tub, while bald eagles fly overhead, or head to a public beach and find a bounty of oysters!

Relax after a long day on the trail with a hot sauna or a meal on the deck and enjoy the wilderness setting, often visited by local wildlife. High speed WiFi is available for those that need to stay connected during their stay.

He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Everyone is welcome to a very private and magical place in the riparian forest, only a 5 minute walk to the Dungeness River and less than 5 minute drive to downtown Sequim, Wa. Our most recent visitors tell us that we are a stand alone destination. A respite to relax and reboot . Our one bedroom cabin with a fully equipped kitchen offers a chance to enjoy a private and uninterrupted access to the Olympic rain forest, while affording you easy walking or biking to the small village of Sequim.

At the Linger Longer Cottage you'll discover a really adorable, fully furnished 2 bedroom + loft (due to some safety issues, the loft is not available for use at this time), with easy beach access to enjoy the Hood Canal and Quilcene Bay all within minutes to enjoy the wonder of the Olympics. Just a walk around the owner's home provides direct beach access to beautiful Quilcene Bay on Hood Canal. A quarter of a mile south of here there is a boat launch. Come enjoy this gem today!
