our Boutique Casita features beautiful ample gardens, huge trees and 3 outdoor seating areas, the house has a country feeling to it however, decor of the Casita is all modern and fresh, the kitchen houses a stove and refrigerator, the Casita can sleep up to 4 people, 2 in the main Queen bed and 2 in the kitchen area in the Daybed which has one top one bottom mattress as viewed in the pictures, access from street is flat no steps access all the way into the house , the patio has indoor parking.

This is a cabin with a bathroom separate on the back deck. The bathroom includes a composite toilet. You will be given instructions on how to use this when you arrive. The shower and sink both have hot water that go into a gray water system. This means you will have to use the environmentally friendly products provided.
