This centrally located basement apartment in Happy Valley is just 2 miles from Beaver Stadium! It's not too large and not too small but just right for 4 guests. It is 3 miles from the Bryce Jordan Center, Penn State Creamery and the Waffle Shop, and a short walk to Spring Creek Park, Millbrook Marsh, and hiking/biking trails. Tussey Mountain and historic Boalsburg and Bellefonte are a short drive. This cozy spot has a private entrance with driveway parking in a residential neighborhood.

This AirBnB is located in a quiet neighborhood located walking distance (<2 mi) from the Bryce Jordan Center, Beaver Stadium, and Campus. The space is the basement, which has separate access from the house. Guests may park in the designated area in our private driveway. The gym is equipped with yoga equipment, a bench, and a rowing machine. Complimentary tea and snacks. Full fridge and freezer.
