Cocina independiente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y un baño con plato de ducha. Tiene lavadora y un balcón amplio con vista al mar para disfrute. El sofá puede utilizarse para dormir sacando sus asientos. Está equipado con aire condicionado y calefacción por conductos. También tiene ventiladores de techo.
