Unwind at this peaceful retreat. This section has been recently updated and features a nice view of the backyard. The room has a separate entrance, private bedroom (queen bed/TV) and private bathroom. It also includes a full private kitchen and dining area. The kitchen shares a wall with the main house, some noise may be heard during meal times (9-10am / 5-6pm). We have a cat, tho she won’t be in the unit during your stay. This space comes with a full kitchen and work space. Situated on a quiet street. It is an ideal spot for two, however, there is a sleeper in the living room to accommodate two little ones. Our apartment is 12 minutes to Petoskey's gas light district, Boyne Mountain's skiing/waterpark, or Boyne City's popular farmer's market.

Second floor apartment with private entrance and enclosed front porch. This apartment was remodeled in July 2020 and features one bedroom, one bathroom, washer/dryer, kitchen and living room. The couch in living room pulls out into a full size memory foam bed. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay. There are two large closets for storage. This space is the perfect size for a couple.
