Excellent location for football weekend And Fort Jackson Graduation -less than 2 miles to USC stadium and 5 miles to the Fort. A cozy home away from home. Beautifully decorated with hand picked furniture. Excellent modern kitchen and fully accessible (guest will find everything they need to cook). We remodeled the kitchen to be the heart of this home, a large island is adjacent to the living room, socializing and dining couldn't be easier before heading out on the town. (Non-Smoking house).

The space includes the entire upstairs (2 living areas, bath and 2 bedrooms) of our home. Includes a Butlers Pantry with a kitchenette, washer and dryer. There is a private entrance on the back deck. Scenic 2 level deck overlooks the 2 acre pond with several sitting areas on each deck. Using your entry code enter the first backdoor and go up the stairs to the right entering the living space with a window that overlooks the private pond. We love to meet our guests and help in anyway we can.
