Both homes have been lovingly restored & renovated with careful attention to their period. The 2 homes may be booked together or separately. Discounts offered for long term rentals.

Guest apartment is separated from the main residence by a large garage.Parking is next to the apartment entrance.The location is 5 minutes from Dayton, 35 minutes to Houston, 10 minutes to Mont Belvieu, 15 minutes to Baytown.There is an outside seating area under the beautiful oak tree .The calm setting of trees mixed with the sounds of nature and the comfort of the apartment will make you a fan of Out In The Country.
