The house is detached, quiet, a bit high up on the hillside in an authentic and preserved environment. You will be dazzled by the extraordinary view of the sea. It is surrounded by olive trees, two lemon trees and a fig tree. Its two terraces, each with its own shaded pergola, offer a beautiful 180° view of the sea and the neighbouring hills.

It has easy access without steps, as it is right on the harbor, next to the bakery, the cafes,the restaurants, the banks and the main market of the island. It can accommodate up to 2 people. Built during the 19th century but recently renovated and redecorated, it is the first year that it is available for rent.
