Two Storey - North facing beach home 100 m to ski lake. Located a short walk into the Main Street and Mahalia coffee but away enough from the hustle and bustle. Stroll onto Hoopers beach or jump in the car out to long beach. The ski lake has a beautiful reserve where the kids can have a paddle whilst you cook a bbq. We really hope you enjoy your stay. Our newly renovated front yard is great for games on the lawn or perfect spot to have an afternoon beverage soaking in those rays.

Only a short drive from the pristine Bridgewater Bay, Discovery Bay and 20 minutes from Portland; the magnificently restored St. Peter's Church, which was built in 1883 and held its first service on the 5th of August 1884 has style, character, sophistication and charm and is certainly a destination of distinction. A charming, heritage listed property situated in the heart of Penola. Built by Alexander Cameron in 1869, it is within walking distance to the Main Street of Penola, giving easy access to restaurants, hotels, cafes and the historical Petticoat Lane. The cottage backs onto a family friendly town square, playground and public pool with plenty of room for your children to play. Dogs are welcome - larger dog owners please note that the fence is only 90cm high.
