It's in an ideal spot - just a 2-minute drive from town but in a quiet neighborhood. A rental car is recommended but not absolutely necessary for those who are able to walk up long and very steep hills. This apartment is on the lower level of a private home that is currently in the process of being rebuilt after the hurricanes.

Your unit has a private entrance 5 steps down from your dedicated parking space. Note: 1. There is no smoking allowed on the deck or in the apartment. 2. Unlike many Airbnbs we do NOT charge a cleaning fee so we ask our guests to sweep and wash their dishes before leaving. 3. No more than 4 guests at ANY time.

Have fun with the whole family at our stunning and recently renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo, located East End at the highly sought after gated property of Cowpet Bay West. This luxurious retreat comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers breathtaking views, stylish furnishings, and resort amentities including a pool, hot tub, beach, watersport rentals, and two restaurants on property. Back-up generator on property for any island wide power outages.

The apartment is very close to a private beach below. The community is private which has now turn into a gated community. If you love jogging since the traffic is not high the area has jogging or walking. Transportation is needed. President Clinton stayed in this area villa just below. I am retired and I enjoy hosting also I am easy to get along with. There are beach chairs, snorkeling equipment and beach towels available for your use.
