Das 1 Zimmer-Apartment liegt im EG eines 2016 sanierten Altbau-Mehrfamilien-Hauses im schönen Köln Lindenthal, kurz vor dem Kölner Gürtel, Nähe Uniklinik. Trotz der zentralen Lage (Bus in die Innenstadt und Bahn nach Ehrenfeld nur eine Minute entfernt) ist es im Apartment ruhig, da es sich in einem Hinterhaus befindet. Das Apartment - früher Teil einer Schreinerei die zur Wohnung saniert wurde - besticht durch seinen Altbau-Charme, in Kombination mit einer stylischen, hochwertigen Einrichtung.

Very nice flat with balcony well-equipped in the center of Cologne near Barbarossaplatz. You will find a bus stop (buses and tram) in front of the building. The building itself provide bars and restaurants and nearby you'll find a supermarket that opens until midnight, cash machine and more restaurants. A modern elevator brings you to the 27th floor and from the apartment you will have a beautiful view over Cologne. A nice cot or crib can be carried without extra costs. Parking lot included.

Neben einem Wohnzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV und Sitzmöglichkeit bietet die Wohnung eine kleine Küche. Das Badezimmer verfügt über Dusche mit kleiner Badewanne. The flat is located at Klettenbergpark. Public parking spaces in front of the building are always available free of charge. From the tram stop ‘Klettenbergpark’, you can reach the city centre, the cathedral, the main railway station, the philharmonic hall and museums in 15 minutes, the exhibition centre in 20 minutes. The tram (line 13) and bus stop (line 130) ‘Sülzgürtel’ can be reached in 7 minutes on foot. Shops, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

Sie ist mit Hotel-ähnlicher Ausstattung perfekt für 2-4 Personen geeignet und liegt in ruhiger, zentraler Lage im belebten Stadtteil Sülz. Ihr schlaft auf einem hochwertigen 1,80 m breiten Boxspringbett. Ursprünglich war hier eine kleine Hut-Fabrik ansässig, die oberen Etagen des Hauses wurden schon immer als Wohnungen genutzt.

Südlich der mittelalterlichen Tore Kölns in der Südstadt befindet sich dieses Zimmer mit eigenem Eingang, Flur und Bad. Es liegt in der 3. Etage (kein Personen-, nur Lastenaufzug) ruhig zum Hof hinaus und besitzt einen geräumigen Balkon. Das Zimmer ist für den Aufenthalt einer Person vorgesehen. Ich vermiete nur an Einzelpersonen.
